As I update the blog with one hand, I hold Grayson in the other. I just realized something, I love my son. It has taken two weeks for me to really bond with him but as I finished feeding him today I began to notice how much he has changed in two weeks and I started to feel sad that I couldn't remember how he felt that first week. Then my thoughts turned to Ruth, as always, and how much she has changed in 21 months and how I don't remember so much of her life. I guess that is the way it should be. We are to live in the moment since tomorrow is not promised.
As much a I hate to change this moment, I must. A diape must be changed. And if I don't shut my eyes soon, I will miss my 15 minute opportunity for a nap before Ruth wakes up.
I'm so happy you've bonded with Grayson. I knew it wouldn't take you long. Try to get some sleep when you can and keep posting when possible. Reading your blog & Jen's blog is the highlight of my day at work. :)
