While Ruth is not quite four, Brian went ahead and took her to our church's Daddy/Daughter Dance (you are supposed to be four). On that same night, Grayson and I went out to eat with some ladies that I am on a ministry team with (The Hannah Ministry - for women in our class who have had a miscarriage). Ruth had a day of beauty. We really went all out getting her ready for the dance. Brian bought her a charm bracelet and the charm she was given that night was a butterfly to represent the new life in Christ we are given. Grayson and I had a great time as well. He was really well behaved and a fun date for me.
Great posts and great pictures! I'm so glad that you are giving yourself the freedom to feel the way you feel with no guilt attached. You are still accomplishing so much with your kids! Cupcakes, date nights, museum...so much fun! Can't believe our babies are going to be 4 soon!
