Thank You, Crayola

Tonight, after dinner, Ruth wanted to go outside and teach Daddy how to play hop scotch (she learned from Maggie today) but I brought out paint in an egg carton and brushes so the kids could paint on cardboard boxes outside without having to worry about getting paint on the floor.  We stripped Ruth down to panties and took Grayson's shirt off.  It didn't take long before Grayson started painting his stomach and then Daddy painting both kids.  The best moment was Grayson looking at me and smiling and then freezing his face as his little mind decided to do something....paint Mommy's face with the paint brush.  Then it became a free for all as all four of us were running around screaming and laughing trying to paint each other.

But since the people at Crayola are the smartest people in the world and make washable paint, we don't have to worry at all about the Ruth sized handprints on Daddy's shorts
