I had some leftover fabric from when I made Ruth a reversible dress before she turned one.  I made these two pillowcase dresses.  I kept the pink one on the left for Ruth and gave the one on the right away to a little girl in my mom's church whose mother's diaper bag is pink and brown polka dots too.  I have since put the letter "R" on Ruth's dress with my new embroidery machine.

  1. adorable! you could totally sell those. there's a lady with a place called the Polka Dot Factory. she sells those for $15!

you're inspiring me to get back into sewing. i took a class in high school and haven't done any since (well, except for a crapload of pointe shoes!)
